Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision and use of services supplied by DashMineSolutions (“DashMineSolutions”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By accessing or using any DashMineSolutions service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

DashMineSolutions provides hosting, infrastructure, and related managed services, which may include but are not limited to web hosting, virtual servers, networking, and associated platforms. Services are provided subject to availability, technical feasibility, and these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue services where required for operational, security, or compliance reasons.

3. Account Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. You must ensure that access to your account is restricted to authorised users only.

Any suspected unauthorised access or security incident must be reported immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

All services must be used in accordance with applicable laws and the DashMineSolutions Acceptable Use Policy. DashMineSolutions may suspend or terminate services where use presents security, legal, or operational risk.

5. Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment when due may result in service suspension or termination.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pricing may be amended with reasonable notice.

6. Service Availability

While DashMineSolutions aims to provide reliable and continuous service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, and factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Service availability commitments, where applicable, are governed by the Service Availability Agreement.

7. Data and Security

DashMineSolutions implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect systems and client data. Clients remain responsible for their own data, backups, configurations, and security practices unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashMineSolutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption, arising from the use of services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the affected service during the preceding billing period.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed notice periods or immediately where there is a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access to services will be withdrawn.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, systems, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of DashMineSolutions unless otherwise stated. Clients retain ownership of their own content and data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

DashMineSolutions reserves the right to amend these Terms where required. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
